Bark 'N' Play Refund Policy
At Bark 'N' Play, we want to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for both dogs and their owners. Please take a moment to read our refund policy, which outlines the terms for cancellations, changes and other circumstances:
​Refunds for Cancellations:
If you notify us of your cancellation more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours before session.

Booking Changes:
You can change your booking to a different time or date if you notify us at least 24 hours before your session is due to start. No additional fees will be charged for changes made within this timeframe. You will be unable to make any changes to your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled session time.

No Refunds for Leaving Early or No Show:
​If you decide to leave the centre before the end of your scheduled session time, or do not show for your session, no refund will be provided.
No Refunds for Time Lost Due to Dog Removal:
If your dog is removed from the play area due to inappropriate behaviour or excessive barking, no refund will be given for any lost time.
Refunds or Rescheduling Due to Facility Closure:
If the centre must close unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance or emergencies), you will be contacted directly and offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your booking.
